Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Command Creative Studios, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we maintain the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your session.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session if cancellation or rescheduling is made within the required notice period.

Cancellations

48 hours or more notice: Your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session within 30 days.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposit is forfeited.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged the full session rate.

Rescheduling

One reschedule per booking is allowed if requested 48 hours in advance.
Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
